The witch behind the foam.

I’m Sian — a self-taught UK costume and prop maker turning ordinary sheets of EVA foam into armour, creatures and screen-inspired builds.

I share the process because making should feel exciting, not mysterious. The tutorials and templates are designed to help you start, learn and make something you are proud of.

What began with making my own cosplay pieces grew into a mission to show other people that they can make their own costumes and props too, whatever their experience level.

I specialise in detailed EVA foam builds inspired by horror films, superheroes, video games and pop culture — from weapons and helmets to masks, creatures and wearable armour.

On YouTube, I share the full making process through step-by-step tutorials, practical tips and free printable templates. I want every project to feel achievable, even if you are working at home without an expensive workshop.

Alongside tutorials and content, I take on custom costume and prop commissions. I work closely with each client to turn their idea into a unique handmade piece, with care given to the shape, finish and small details.

When I am not building, I am usually designing templates, filming tutorials, watching films and TV or playing video games — the things that inspire many of the projects on my workbench.
